We had a terrible experience renting a Mack truck from Hai Nguyen and let me tell you it was horrible. From excessive phone calls to multiple text messages and emails literally begging us to start renting and so when we were convinced to rent his truck, he kept harassing us nonstop to get the drivers personal details.
