I had a problem with a egr cooler thermostat sensor. I called and they told me to stop by asap. Upon arriving there I was greeted by a very positive and uplifting service employee. He assured me he had only the best techs there and my issue would not be a problem. My issue was diagnosed very quickly and they had the part unlike some shops...They quoted me a price and when I went to pay it was actually $200 cheaper. They serviced the transmission on my Volvo VNL with an ATO overdrive gearbox and filled it with 75W-80 oil, even though Volvo clearly requires 75W-90 for ATO transmissions. This is a basic factory specification that any authorized Volvo service center should know. Putting the wrong oil in a heavy-duty transmission that costs tens of thousands of dollars is not a small mistake — it shows a serious lack of attention to Volvo service standards.
