Putting the wrong oil in a heavy-duty transmission that costs tens of thousands of dollars is not a small mistake — it shows a serious lack of attention to Volvo service standards.

Very friendly staff. Sometimes can be hard to locate someone to assist, and they get a lot of vehicles in so wait times can vary, but well mannered workers and a tidy yard considering how many trucks are in their yard for repairs
