Excellent work from them. Ethan came out to review the foundation of the house we plan on buying from my in laws. Spent several hours inspecting the basement and provided a detailed review. I liked how they broke it down with several options we can do for repairs and also a time frame of what should be done first. Great insight beyond what the home inspector was able to see. If you are looking to do repairs on your foundation or just want to know what the state of it is in, call PVE.

I had a project that I ultimately did not need to hire an engineering firm, however Tony generously spent the extra time with me on the phone discussing the project and helping me understand how I should proceed. He wasn’t trying to sell me on his services and he provided some very practical advice. If I ever have a project where I do need an engineering assessment, I will definitely be calling Tony at Tec Engineering!! Do yourself a favor and go with Tec Engineering!

Tony was exceptionally professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We will be using TEC for all of our structural engineering concerns from now on. Great experience.
