I placed an order on their website, and tried to call all day the day they were to be delivered. I got no answer and they had no answering machine. The flowers were not delivered on the day I selected - a Sunday. It turned out they were not open on Sundays, but their website took the order anyhow. I had to order another gift last minute. I have always had an excellent experience with this flowershop. It is family owned and operated. I have used this flowershop on several different occasions (including funerals, and even my wedding) and have never been dissapointed. The flowers are beautiful, the best quality in town. This is also a very service-oriented shop. The customer comes first at Teboe Florist. I would recommend them to anyone.

dreadful. did not deliver on time. then argued about being reimbursed to the point of absurdity-had used the company a couple times before. never again. bad business practice. beware.
