Don't rent here. Landlord is not truthful and we got hit with a $300 water bill the first month. Electric bills were $300 in the winter. Was unable to use upstairs toilet the whole year lease due to a leak that never got fixed. Warning you right now, I'd pick Country Club Apartments in Huntington or Roxalana in Dunbar. Don't go here.
