the fact that sent a bent rim out after I put brand new tires on it. they had at least 20 weights on them and the owner said that is regular practice. that would have torn my tire apart within a month. it felt like it had a bubble in it, but it was because they paid no mind to the brand in it. no call to the customer to get his/her approval prior. I brought my receipt in previous to purchasing new rim and the manager told me no problems. He then charged me again to put on good rim. That is no way to conduct business!
I always get good service here.
My wife took her car there today and the broke off a lug stud off because the mechanic cross threaded it and put an impact on it and broke it then tried to cover it up and lied about it and refuses to fix it pos. customer service
I was stranded on the side of the interstate all by myself without a spare tire or the tools to change a tire. I called Teays Valley Tire Services and spoke to a man named Robert. He was the nicest most helpful man, not only did he have a tire to fit my car, but he sent someone to my rescue to take my wheel off my car, take the wheel back to the shop to change the tire and then brought the wheel back to my car on the interstate and changed it for me. They went out of their way to assist me and I am very thankful!!!
Every time I have needed tires, they have done me right. Hey people...Don't leave money you care about in your vehicle. I don't do that anywhere, a crackhead or pillhead anywhere, especially around here might take it. Some people need to learn how to express themselves, instead of sounding or being shallow. I am going to give this business a true thumbs up for what they have done for me over the last 5 years.....yes I said the last 5 years.
Theifs . This business was stolen from Melvin searls Son and grandson. Greed... wish them all they Deserve!!better off going to walmart . Or c adam toney. At least they clean up the store front.. no old witch bitty at the front desk smo kin her ciggs and tellin her gold diggin lies. Anyone that can hit an ole maninthe head with a coffie cup because he wanted to give something to his son and not hers......
Stole $300 out of my car!! Stupid to trust...I know!
Don't come here! They stole 40$ out of my car today while I was getting an inspection sticker!
