The staff was rude and yelled at me for touching something I didn't know not to touch but they do have good tea.

This is one of the best Teavana stores I have yet to visit. The manager in particular is extremely helpful. Using the Teavana tools, the Brevell water boiler, and the timer has truly improved my tea experience. I tried for a long time not to use their tools - but finally gave in one small bit at a time. Each time, the tea making improved slightly. This was the most helpful staff I've experienced in any retail store! Erica helped pull several items for me. She took the time to check price differences online and helped me get the online price as well as use my coupon to purchase all items over the phone. We had to drive through Gainesville on a seven hour car trip with two toddlers and two dogs, so she offered to bring all the purchased items to my car for me (that way I didn't have to leave the dogs and try to carry two toddlers into the store).
