Went to buy some tea from here for the first time, and the employees were so sweet, they helped me around and gave me lots of teas to try before I could pick one that I trully liked.
Went to buy a gift set I saw online. Lady asked what I was looking for and when I showed her she told me that it was not sold in stores and it was an online exclusive. I showed her on the website where one said that but the one I wanted didn't. It was $27 and she offered to build it individually and said that the tea maker was $35. Again I showed that on their website it was $20 and I asked if she could price match the items. She told me that she couldn't because there is no sku number for the items.
