I went to my local teavana in augusta ga to by some tea and found this BS and i know its BS becauet shops down starbucks was open a store sign stating "controlled exacuation" per Starbucks corp closed 9/8/17 til further notice.. Teavana you suck and lie maybe thats why your going out of business
I have been a loyal customer of Teavana for years. I will estimate my annual purchases at your stores to be in the neighborhood of 175$. I give many out as gifts to friends and family members. My most recent purchase happened in about 3 months ago. In addition to this, I have referred several of my friends and colleagues to your brand. It's super sad for me to post a bad review but I was a customer of teavana than became an employee for almost 3 years. The customer service is awful and because I was a previous employee, the head manager treated me like dirt and spoke poorly of me with no cause. I plan on reaching out to HR. I worked hard for this company and don't deserve the treatment I get.
Turns out they are full of pesticides.
