Absolutly amazing!! Rachel was amazing and not pushy at all she answered all my questions and really was amazing! Awesome customer service!! I brought my toddler with me and they even helped keep him entertained it was beyond what I would expect for customer service and quality!! The store was super clean and so well put together!! Rachel even made sure I got my points for my purchase!! I will defiantly be back!!

I've just recently started buying loose leaf tea and every time that I visit I always get help finding what I'm looking for, and getting new information. Marina is amazing, very nice and so helpful; she helped me pick a great tea!
I have enjoyed Teavana products (their loose leaf teas, in particular), however the chain is not only expensive, but the salespeople are near-shysters. I went in for a gift and the girl only offered a standard tin for my tea, so I assumed that was how they served their tea. After leaving with some sticker-shock, I glanced at my receipt to see that the tins were actually $7 each and that she had inched a half ounce more than I had asked.
