Went into Teatro Verde today and experienced extremely disappointing customer service. Very rude staff who were very disrespectful to my friends and I. Will not be purchasing from this store.
Firsthand experience of their terrible service, can see why all those other 1 star ratings said the same thing
I don’t usually write a lot of comments but the experience here can’t be worse… Disrespectful owner who talks to you in a submissive way and stares at you as if you’ve done something wrong and selling products with extra markups. Well I guess I did make the wrong choice walking in.
I should’ve read the comments earlier and see the rating speaks for itself…Very bad experience commuting all the way to this store only to be yelled at by the staff of their “no photo” policy + no merchandise info on their website.. Oh and all their Jellycats have marked up prices too. Warnings for anyone trying to get any Jellycats here. Never coming back again
