Didn’t realize this store had horrible reviews to begin with, which makes me realize im not the only one but there’s a tall white male wearing white shirt who had a disgusting attitude, worked in retail myself and wow there is definitely a proper way to talk to someone?? Threw me off so bad
If I were to buy a gift for someone, I’d probably shop here. Most of the products are very high-quality and unique, with lots of interesting things you don’t see everywhere. However, the prices are quite high.
The old white lady followed me around while I was shopping. When we made eye contact, there was no greetings; she simply had an attitude and continued staring at me. Horrible experience. It left me wondering if they were treating customers differently based on race.
Went into Teatro Verde today and experienced extremely disappointing customer service. Very rude staff who were very disrespectful to my friends and I. Will not be purchasing from this store.
