What a wonderful way to start a beautiful night out at the Arsht! It was my first time going to Teatro and I was skeptical upon reading so many negative reviews but had a wonderful experience. Whoever is saying $55 is not a good deal for a delicious appetizer and main course in a beautiful serviced restaurant conveniently located in a theater steps away from your show must not get out much these days or just living in the past…it’s extremely difficult to find this kind of pricing in a nice downtown/Brickell restaurant. Arrived an hour and a half early before a matinee show and didn’t quite have time to walk to lunch. Found out about TEATRO which is inside the arts center so decided to walk upstairs and give it a try. I was happy to see there was no wait/reservation needed and there were plenty of available tables. Once seated (by the hostess), we did wait a while for our server to come over and take our drink orders. Service was quite slow. When our server was around, she was very nice and friendly. The meal was fantastic and the staff was the routine of professional and attentive. The VIP treatment for every guest. Impeccably pulled off on a schedule. Anyone who skips dinner at the show is missing out on part of the experience. Sorry locals. 😂
The restaurant is gorgeous, the service was exceptional and felt personal, and the food was absolutely delicious!!! The steak and potato entree was top tier
