Booked my appointment 2 months in advance. Drove 30 minutes to find out the store is closed for renovations and didn’t notify anyone.
I drove 30 minutes from London, to find out they hadn’t even booked me even though I have a confirmed appointment and I asked questions about the stylist 3 days later. All messages were sent by the owner, Jamie. It’s very disheartening looking forward to a hair cut to only find out they said they booked you and then they didn’t. Maybe trying to scale too fast?
