We had a house fire July 7th, 2025. Our State Farm agent suggested on July 8th to work with a restoration company Teasdale Fenton (based in Cincinnati), they also have a local branch in Columbus. The fire was located in the kitchen so there was smoke damage and fire damage to cabinets above the cooktop, where the fire originated. The house had the original cabinets installed in 1999. seriously do not let these people in your house. we had a hot water heater explode. they came in said everything would be good in two days. did not even put a fan in the area of main leak. when they came back in two days guess what. Wall still soaked!!!the tech THEN said wall 100% wet. they checked wall by actual leak and BIG SURPRISE 100% wet. THEN they cut holes in drywall. knocked a 1800$ original oil painting onto floor damaging it beyond repair ! tech DENIED he did it and attacked ME for having an attitude. He cant... read more

had carpets cleaned in home. when delivered the guy tipped over dining room table and broke the mechanism. would not let this company in house again. damaged 10k buffet.
