I coach a local youth sports team and our uniform orders went through Teamworks. They prepped our uniforms quickly and the product looks great. There was a minor issue with some embroidery on our hats; but, when the issue was pointed out, Teamworks (through Tasha) acknowledged the error and set out to correct the problem immediately. Solid product, fantastic customer service, and Tasha gets a gold star for being prompt, professional and very courteous throughout the process. Do business with confidence!
This shop has scooped an outstanding employee when they hired Dave. This superlative young man helped me with a project at his previous job. He was calm and soft spoken, impressive for his technical knowledge and ability to discuss his product line including pros and cons for each item. The product supplied fit the requirements exactly largely because of the care he took of all the details. Do not order from this company. They are absolutely awful. The rudest people I have ever dealt with. My order took 5 weeks, despite their claim 5 days to 3 weeks. Then above all they send the wrong order. Not at all what I ordered, and then the woman on the end of the line argues with me. I am the customer, and she did nothing to rectify the situation. Please, do yourself a favor and save your money, order from elsewhere. Do not support these people.
