This place has gone down hill. My daughter had an appointment and they just canceled never called her. I have been calling and their phone just keeps hanging up on me and I can not get a hold of anyone! What a joke!
This place has done nothing but give me the run around! I have been a patient here for years and they must have had a recent staff change, because they can’t get it together. It seems as though there are no competent office staff to be able to give an accurate price for dental work. They give you antibiotics and send you on your way, but do NO sort of follow up! And when I call to get information they seem to need me to tell them what the Dr said.
I was bruttually attacked by a hygienist at Teamsters Dental. After she was done with my upper right quad, she said she wanted to go over my teeth one more time with the deep cleaning tool. I trusted he! She did not use any suction and she dug that tool into my gum line leaving permanent damage. I lost tissue and have been in pain for 12 days now. I asked to see the dentist and she did not offer any help or medication. This was a traumatizing experience to say the least.
