One of the best trainer i’ve met. Stephen is extremely knowledgeable and good to work with. He helped me with my shoulder and knee injuries. I would recommend him to anyone with injuries or anyone who wants to get in better shape.

Stephen isn't afraid to push your limits with EMS training. It's an incredibly efficient, difficult, and effective workout. He tailored the sessions to help me achieve my fitness goals. Also, the facility is absolutely wonderful and he continues to invest in it by adding high end equipment.
