As a wedding planner myself, it was so difficult to hand my day over to someone and trust them to carry out the day the way I would as I had a very intricate wedding, with many small details and moving parts. Team Wedding did a wonderful job with their day of service. Their professionalism was impressive and efficent. I did not have to worry about a thing the day of my wedding. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because the day before my wedding, Ashton came down with COVID and we received a different coordinator for the wedding who we did not speak to until the dress rehearsal walk through. BEWARE- I booked Ashton for my full service planning. I am planning an out of state wedding. Things were okay at first, she was super slow to answer & didn't really ever reach out to me- i was always reaching out to her. I expressed my concerns to her with the lack of communication she assured me she was prioritizing my wedding. 12 months out from my wedding rolls around & we ended up coming to the area and she did meet up with us & seemed interested in everything which gave me hope.
