The job was complete and they did a great job getting the door fixed but the job was subbed out to a different company. Not sure if all work is subcontracted out or just some. Company handling followup call was unaware of the lifetime warranty signed. (Not sure if this is third party or team usa). It would have been easier if it was all done inhouse especially to simplify understanding which company owns the warranty and associated risk of whether the warranty will be honored down the road. I usually don't write reviews, but I had to share my experience with Team USA Garage Service. I reached out to them over the weekend about getting a new garage door opener. The next day, Roger called me to set up a service appointment quickly. Within just 48 hours, my new opener was installed and working perfectly. The technician who came to do the installation was friendly, polite, and made sure to leave my garage as clean as he found it. Overall, great service! A++++
The technician reached out with a text and a call before arriving, which I appreciated. He was very skilled and had a great understanding of his installation and the products. He explained that the door had previously damaged the garage door opener, and the springs that came with the new door were not the right fit. The door is quite heavy at 200 lbs. One of the springs on my garage door broke, so I reached out for help. A technician arrived about an hour later and took care of replacing the springs. They also checked the entire door, lubricated all the moving parts, and left the workspace tidy by removing some cobwebs from the corners of my garage. The service was quick, efficient, and respectful, and the price was exactly what I was quoted. I would definitely recommend this service to a friend or use them again if I need assistance!
