Troy met with me at my home on a Sunday, he had my home on MLS Friday Morning and sold it within 12 hrs. Not only that, we got more than asking price. Troy gave me small free and/or low cost tasks I could complete in a short amount of time to really have the house stand out. It started with an inquiry if we can sell our house so we can upgrade. That same day, Troy came over to evaluate our house and it was sold 12 hours after it was posted in the market. Troy’s team was so helpful and everything was stress free. Troy is very professional to work with and he does take good care of his clients. I know I have a lot of requests but he was able to deliver all of them even when he was out of the country. 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
