Troy met with me at my home on a Sunday, he had my home on MLS Friday Morning and sold it within 12 hrs. Not only that, we got more than asking price. Troy gave me small free and/or low cost tasks I could complete in a short amount of time to really have the house stand out. Troy is working for his clients around the clock and will have your home viewed by a large audience in no time. His professionalism was outstanding and I would absolutely recommend him to everyone!

It started with an inquiry if we can sell our house so we can upgrade. That same day, Troy came over to evaluate our house and it was sold 12 hours after it was posted in the market. Troy’s team was so helpful and everything was stress free. Troy is very professional to work with and he does take good care of his clients. I know I have a lot of requests but he was able to deliver all of them even when he was out of the country. 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Seller and buying a house can be very difficult especially if your doing it for the first time. A friend of mine recommended Troy and the choosing him for this job is the best decision! He has a solid plan for staging my house, so solid that my house got sold in 2 days after posting and within market value.
