2016 Toyota Land Cruiser Salesman was polite and professional, Sales manager was up front and honest, I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Most of the time elsewhere I have to watch every step of the process to avoid being taken advantage of interest rates, warranties etc.

A five star experience from start to finish! Right from the start, the sales rep that answered the phone was polite and helpful. He made sure the '06 Sienna that I was considering was available. When I came in for a test ride, a very knowledgeable associate went along with me to help figure out the particulars on this car.
