They've been helpful every time I've been there. Buy local when you can!
I use to spend a lot of money there not no more they can't even warranty a hammer. Lowes will though I plan on telling everyone I work with. If I was u guys I would get that fixed not very customer friendly
I go here for two reasons. Killer deals on the best power tools on the market and to refill my testosterone levels.It's like a man museum.
Terrible tool repair servise....my drill was in there for 2 weeks they didnt order the part because i was told they we waiting to build up a $250 order before they ordered so they couldget free shipping.........that was bullshit...do ot go to this place
