I have not previously had a problem with this company, but over the course of the last two months there have been some issues. Ray is a great service tech and is very helpful. Samantha was a great customer service repre. , but, I just found out she is no longer with the company and Bernard has been handling my account for my complex. Well I have been unable to get an appointment scheduled for the past 2 wks to spray exterior of 11 bldgs for ants.
