This office did not read the paperwork and draw up appropriate documents for us to close smoothly and in a timely fashion. My husband made the office aware of the error and was assured it would be fixed by closing. This was not done. The buyer had to venmo us money to make it right. It took additional time with the lawyer to get everything done correctly and our deposit was postponed due to it. It was a mess. It shouldn't have been that difficult.

Team Title failed miserably. The lack of knowledge and amount of mistakes made was genuinely impressive. After the seventh attempt at correcting the documents and 2 hours of wasted time, we could not close on the scheduled closing date. This was essentially a cash deal and Team Title couldn’t get their act together. The delay in closing caused the need to have an amendment added to the original Sales Agreement.
