I've been using them for years and have three properties and completely satisfied. Bonnie is so on top of everything!
Bonnie Kingcannon, is one arrogant, condescending, disrespectful and pathetically unprofessional person!! We’ve had about 20 minutes conversation on the phone. she kept dodging my Qs and failed to quote me her PM fee.(maybe I was talking to AI?) She promised to send me more info but never did.(I'm not surprised) From the get go... She sounds like a shady ‘bad news’ and you should save your time and search for another PM elsewhere. Again, beware before signing any agreement with her or you'll be sorry.
I lucked out so much finding a place managed by this company. Emailed today when I got home and my inside temp was 88 degrees. They had hvac come out today and fix it. Not to mention they were amazing with getting me in here. Never in my life have I ever gotten approved to the first place I looked at. Bonnie and the rest of the office staff are amazing!
Bonnie has always helped me with everything. She helped me with the rental when I moved to Arizona, with all the repairs and replacements of items in the property, with everything. I'm super happy to have her as a contact. Everything is always resolved in the quickest and simplest way possible.
