We listed our property on Wednesday. The first showing was that evening. Received an offer on Friday but had an open house on Saturday. Received a second offer on Saturday. Accepted an offer on Saturday evening. I call that outstanding work by Steve and Juliana. They identified the strong points of our property and drew attention to them. As a now non resident of canada I slowly had to say goodbye to the 3 properties I owned. I really can say Steve is a very honest man. We did have our struggles as the timing of selling was difficult but Steve never pressed me and put my intrests first. I am almost sad not having any more properties to sell in the area anymore.
