Easy to work with, very fast in finding the right replacement water heater and getting it installed within a day of my call...very impressed with their customer service and caring approach to the urgent situation! I was very happy with Team Thompson plumbing. Austin was very knowledgeable. He spotted issues with my tankless water heater installation with in 3 seconds of seeing it. He also reached out to manufacturer. He will be giving me an estimate for a replacement
