I do almost all of my shoveling, every winter, sometimes I don't mind.. but last time I left in front of garage.. and they didn't even do it. Then I couldn't get in my account to pay rent,tried for couple days,didn't recognize me,sent email.. they reset,it then let me pay. Today I get a late fee, for 64 buck's. How about all the shoveling I do, geeze.....
I lived in a Team Swor property for 2 years and never was late on a rent payment. Listen to the reviews, Team Swor is an unprofessional property manager for renters and owners. They moved in new tenants while my lease was still valid, paid for, and I still had some possessions in the house. They also ignored my broken sump pump request until the basement flooded and soaked my stuff. I have never had these kinds of issues with numerous other property managers.
