Sandy was nothing short of EXCELLENT. She and Pam are so genuinely sweet. I came to Elkhart all the way from Alabama. They allowed me to pick my trailer up on their off day due to my lengthy Haul and made the process so simple. The quality of my trailer is top tier and I could not be any happier with my purchase! Team Spirit Trailers of Elkhart is not your typical pushy trailer dealership. The employees are down to earth working folks that want you to be happy with your purchase. I decided to pick up my trailer without the workbench in it because they were waiting on cabinet doors, (this was a last minute add on by me) used it for a few weeks and returned to have the completed workbench installed while I waited.
