I had met Jennifer Lee over the phone on Sunday may 15th 2022 Jennifer Lee was so attentive and very helpful emailing my wife and I the application for a potential home we had in mind to lease in Irvine Ca. I have to say Jennifer went out of her way on her day off to providing us all the info we needed to apply for the home of our desire. I don’t know about the other reviews, but I had awesome an experience and top tier service buying my first home through TSR. Will definitely go to them when I went to rent my place. I do know that they have multiple offices in different locations. Maybe the subpar reviews are from different locations, cause my experience at the Irvine office was great!

What is Connie Moon doing going into my clients home when it shows as pending in the MLS? Even on the agent showing instructions, it says to get approval to show because the home is occupied. I tried calling Connie to address this and her voicemail is full. I tried calling the TEAM SPIRIT office and no one answers or returns my call. This is a GROSS violation of a persons privacy!
