First time I dropped in for a class was 2018. 2019 I joined CrossFit Soul and fast forward 6 years later since l've been at this amazing box! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful in every aspect! It is not only motivating but inspiring by such incredible human beings. It is absolutely TOUGH but absolutely worth it! It definitely deserves more than 5 stars! One of the main benefits of CrossFit is the community spirit. I was treated like a long term valuable team member from the second I walked in the door by all the coaches and athletes present. All the coaches were observant and have good technical critique.Definitely recommend Team Soul as a place to grow and enjoy your workouts!

I’ve been to many CrossFit boxes and this is by far the best. They are very attentive to every individual in the class and the are very focused on the fundamentals and are also great motivators!

Went to check out Team Soul, however, the in your face sign on the door stating that “all races, genders, sexual orientations, languages..hate & ignorance will not be tolerated” kinda turned me off. So in all fairness I never entered the woke gym. Who goes into any establishment thinking of this? I’m just looking for a gym. Most normal people really don’t care about this DEI stuff nor do they need to be reminded.
