This is one of The worst Nursing company I have ever dealt with they did everything to make my life miserable. They tell me I need 24 hour care for my son so I got it. They couldn’t even cover 60 hours a week when I have coverage ask my nurses to not show up and go to another client house anytime I call for an issue. They have terrible communication with their nurses and families. Team Select will not let the families know about a shift change and then when the nurse doesn’t show up for their scheduled shift, the working single mom is left trying to juggle it all. I am not sure how this company can say how they help families. They won’t lift patients without complaining, they won’t bathe patients, and they certainly won’t show up for the families, especially when they said they would. Team Select is a great place to work for several reasons: 1) they treat their nurses with respect, 2) they are available 24/7 to address any problems, 3) they are honest in all their dealings, 4) they put your needs and the needs of your own family first, 4) the office personnel are always cheerful, encouraging and appreciative. I have worked for them for 4 years and have worked for other agencies before them. In all ways, Team Select exceeds all other pediatric agencies I have worked for
