I've had a great experience with Team Sales so far! They were quick to communicate order designs and the owner Moreno has been very understanding of the needs of our small business. Clothing orders can be a headache at times, but I've appreciated the professionalism of this team. In fact, I've just made a second order! The quality of embroidery is very high. We get tons of compliments on our gear!

Orders take forever as they subcontract the embroidery. Sales rep Brett can be difficult to get hold of. Further, I yet to receive a correct invoice in the year or so ordering with them on the first go. They always want to bill us for things they don’t even send us and expect our accounting team to sort out all the returns and exchanges at our expense. They short orders without notice or follow up. They consistently make clothing orders the most difficult part of my job. I would not recommend using their service.

Got some jerseys done for my Ultimate Frisbee team through and there was an error. They printed an older art proof which was not the final version (which was understandable as we went through many art revisions over multiple email threads). They were nice enough to reprint the entire order free of charge to ensure that I got the exact result that I wanted. Very happy with the final result!

Brett and the rest of the team at Team Sales are amazing. They are so helpful, respectful, efficient and all around nice people. They have an amazing selection of sports clothing and promotional products. Great pricing as well. You won't be disappointed.
