Team roofing sent a guy named CK to my home on 10/18/18 to examine my roof. I'm currently waiting for an estimate. I'm excited and expect to do business with this company soon.
They do great roofing work, but they are horrible with insurance claims. Took them 5+ months to fix my roof, remove a tree, and paint a ceiling. They also do not communicate well enough, so that you understand what's going on. Just pop up when they get ready. Not worth the headache.
Great customer service. Quality work. Highly recommend.
Very enjoyable experience. The Team Roofing guys helped walk me through the insurance filing process, were with me when the insurance inspector came, and also contacted me several times during the installation to be sure all was going to my complete satisfaction. They were very helpful and I am sure without their help I would still be wondering how to start the process and now I have a beautiful new roof and they also did a very good job during the installation of the roof to not damage any of my property and also a very nic... read more
