I had a consultation with Kyle when my roof needed to be replaced and it was easily one of the best presentations that I've had from a sales person. I had a couple other companies that I received estimates from but was planning on going with Team Roofing until I had questions with no follow-up. The lack of professionalism/follow-through was extremely disappointing and made me hesitant to hire the company so I went with someone else. They really missed the mark and cost themselves a sale.
HORRIBLE… Roof leaked from them not installing it properly, left nails EVERYWHERE. Now that they are “out of business” we cannot file a warranty claim and have to pay out of pocket for damages…
EDIT 7/29/2022: Called them today again to try to get our issue resolved and found out via a recorded message that they've gone out of business. Took our money, gave use a shoddy roof, and just ghosted us. Unreal. Beware folks. A "workmanship guarantee" and "15-year warrantee" is worthless. Learned a hard lesson today.
