Never replaced broken gas pipe from water heater. Still waiting to be paid for having to have it replaced because they broke it
EDIT 7/29/2022: Called them today again to try to get our issue resolved and found out via a recorded message that they've gone out of business. Took our money, gave use a shoddy roof, and just ghosted us. Unreal. Beware folks. A "workmanship guarantee" and "15-year warrantee" is worthless. Learned a hard lesson today. Team Roofing has been an expensive headache for me. I cannot recommend them after dealing with them for 3+ months. Please, please do not give them your business. They over-promise, under-deliver, and waste a ton of your time and money. I hired them to build a new shingle roof over the porch patio space of my stucco townhome in Midtown, Atlanta. The new roof is only about 20 ft x 15 ft in surface area, has four standard skylights, and a pine tongue-and-groove ceiling. The initial price was $24K, which is about $80 per square ... read more
