Comfortable and friendly.
Being afraid of going to the dentist for years, everybody put me at ease. I will now be able to get my bad teeth removed, under sedation, with a nurse present. Special thanks to Thelma who is so funny and made me so comfortable and Dr. Hwang who explained everything in layman's terms. The receptionist was so helpful too. Though my journey with them is just beginning, my experience so far has been awesome.
I had my crown down by driving kim. And I really appreciate his perfect approach. He tried everything to save my teeth. Now I got a crown by him n it's perfectly comfortable. I m happy with his service . Also to kalsang, thank you for your due diligence in following up with the insurance and everything went so smooth. I 100% recommend team roncesvalle destenstry for dental service to any one. Keep up the good work!
All the staff from the receptionist to the hygienist Barda, to the dentist Jason were amazing with my 93 mother who is living with dementia and is in a wheelchair. They reclined the wheelchair to provide treatment and she was very cooperative. The environment was calm. Space was a bit tight but we made it work. Everyone was very accommodating. They accept the Canadian Dental Plan through the government therefore there was no charge for the cleaning and exam. Highly recommend this team.
The team is so wonderful. They are caring, thoughtful funny and smart. My procedures always fly by so quickly with the great conversations and you always leave in a fabulous mood having shared such great company!
