I did my fuctional capacity evaluation test. I want to get my FCE & AMA impairment rating. I paid $1450. I got permanent herniated discs injury from accident that the other faulty driver made.This money is big for me cause I couldn't work for one year and 8 months. I did the FCE test faithfully & honestly. But the therapist wrote wrong informations in my report and she reported my pain level badly.
