RecommendedGreat team of therapists and support staff. All around great team. They explain your treatment plan and check to make sure you’re comfortable at every stage of therapy. I felt supported and encouraged to succeed. I highly recommend the Madison Heights location. Big shout out to Tracy and Greg!

I've been going there for over 6 weeks and if I ever need therapy again, I will not hesitate to go again. Kyle is awesome along with everyone, and I mean everyone there, truly cares for each and every person they see. They have a personal touch that I have never experienced at any other PT center. They are very professional as well as personal ethics not found at too many places. Do yourself or someone you know and tell them about Team Rehab Madison Heights!!!

I just "graduated" for the second time from Team Rehab--Madison Heights! Both of my knees are in great shape after having ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair on each one! I appreciate the accommodations that were made--my appointments in April and May were all Tele-Med appointments from my home. I feel like I had a great start in the clinic in February and March. The entire staff is amazing, knowledgeable and fun! I will miss my time at Team Rehab, but it is time to continue progressing on my own! ⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️
great therapist friendly environment
The “entire team” at Madison Heights is knowledgeable, professional and caring. From the first phone call when inquiring, I immediately felt comfortable. Each time I arrived I was greeted with a friendly hello from Nicole & anyone near desk. Staff immediately welcomed me as we began therapy. The entire team was always encouraging my progress. Thank you all for the wonderful care you provided. Thank you for laughing with me too. I highly recommend.
After 2 mos, 3 times a week I'd say that makes me a serious candidate for a review! Everyone makes sure you are well looked out for, making sure you are the focal point! You are there to work out your issues and they are there to help you, using the skills they know best. No better place than to find it right here at Madison Heights Team Rehab. This is my 2nd stint here after 2 surgeries and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Team Rehab Madison Heights is a great facility! From the front desk reception to the Therapists you are treated with kindness and respect! I have been in and out of physical therapy for over 15 years and in and out of many different facilities, Team Rehab is by far been the best I have ever encountered, both in care and end results. I highly recommend Team Rehab Madison Heights to anyone seeking Physical Therapy!
