Totally unprofessional. Late to appointments for showing and doesn’t return phone calls. Can’t communicate or articulate information about specific properties because “we have a lot of properties and a lot of applications.” When given a specific, they couldn’t remember anything about it.

Jessy was wonderful to work with. Very efficient and friendly. Made everything so easy.
Had an awful experience trying to set up a simple rental agreement. Paid the application fee, got approved, showed up and they had no way to accept payment via check or wire. I then went to get a money order ( the only payment method they'd accept ) after being and told they would try to meet me in the afternoon , then they ghosted me and would not return texts or calls.
