I would Encourage you to work with Sherri for the following reasons. 1st. I had my condo listed with a Agent for 4 months with very Limited activities/showings. Sherri developed a very good marketing plan. Her plan not only showcased the property and promoted the highly desirable School district. That made all the difference.
