Their whole team were professional. Kylie is the best CPR teacher in town. Engaging, informative, and patient. They're also family friendly and they also have an EMT program. Will continue to use them and only them for my CPR renewal. Thank you again.
Everyone I met at Team 1 were super cool, laid back, good at their job. I took my ETT and my EMT with them and the instructor was knowledgeable and easy to work with. I was comfortable asking questions and confident when the training was over. Team 1?? More like A1.
If you ask any reputable medic/firefighter/first responder on which EMS company is the worst in state, the general consensus is Team One. Not only that but the owner of the company is widely known as being an old creep. He under pays his EMTs while raking in hand over fist. At the height of the COVID pandemic, he was paying his "medics" $13 an hour while they provided emergency care for the less fortunate.
