If you ask any reputable medic/firefighter/first responder on which EMS company is the worst in state, the general consensus is Team One. Not only that but the owner of the company is widely known as being an old creep. He under pays his EMTs while raking in hand over fist. They are licensed out to providence in Anchorage, AK, and they provide terrible service. They are never consistent, they hire people who go over board and my wife and I keep hearing about parents who come into the NICU, where they’re already having a hard time, super angry. I don’t recommend any place hiring Team One, unless you’re trying to make people who aren’t even happy about coming in, even more mad that what they already are. If I could give them a 0, I would. These 5 star ratings they have, they don’t deserve it.
Sean and Ally are great instructors and was super knowledgeable. Class was very hands on and we had a great time. First Aid/CPR/AED Courses. Facility is awesome and training equipment is very clean and advanced. Thank you Team One!!!
