If i could give a Zero i would! Stay away from this real estate group! Completely negligent. Glenda Cloud was our sellers agent. She marketed the property as FHA and accepted our FHA offer. But the seller owned the property less than 90 days making it invalid for FHA financing!! She was either completely ignorant or negligent or both and never advised us of this issue.
