My boyfriend went into today to see about an appraisal on my car. We just had a baby 8 months ago and we need a bigger car. He went in and talk to someone and they were AWFUL TO HIM. Team Nissan Vineland is AMAZING, they are VERY accommodating and always put the customer 1st! I have only kind words for them from start to finish.
I must use this forum as a last resort to communicate the terrible customer service I have recieved from Nissan USA and Team Nissan in Vineland NJ. I Have had several serious problems with a "certified pre-owned" sentra. The dealer will not return my calls or emails, and the only response I get from Nissan is that they will contact the dealer and have them call me and that Nissan cannot make any promises regarding dealer policy.
