Our company has prepaid for Preventive Maintenance program from 10/4/25 thru 10/03/26. We were a little late on our preventive maintenance payment but it has since been paid in full. We called on Thursday 6/11/26 to have someone come look at our HVAC because it is not working properly. They told us they would send someone out ASAP and get it on the schedule. 11 days for a quote that we had to call the past two businesses days to get the ball rolling on. Then another week just to get the part ordered (it took 11 days just to find the part) then more time for installation. Leaving a customer for this long of extended period in this heat with no AC should be a crime.
Jason was great to work with! When we had an issue he was on top of it and resolved it with a great attitude!
I'm late doing my review.I delivered a rooftop unit here and the crew is awesome It's kind of tough getting backed into the dock but several people actually watch to help me get backed in without any damage a quick unload and they even gave me a free ink pen before I left. Thank you for your business and keep up the great job.
