11 days for a quote that we had to call the past two businesses days to get the ball rolling on. Then another week just to get the part ordered (it took 11 days just to find the part) then more time for installation. Leaving a customer for this long of extended period in this heat with no AC should be a crime.
Jason was great to work with! When we had an issue he was on top of it and resolved it with a great attitude!
I'm late doing my review.I delivered a rooftop unit here and the crew is awesome It's kind of tough getting backed into the dock but several people actually watch to help me get backed in without any damage a quick unload and they even gave me a free ink pen before I left. Thank you for your business and keep up the great job.
