This company is extremely responsive when it comes to collecting fees and payments, but when it comes to providing actual service, communication, and support, they seem to disappear. I have lived in one of their properties for years and my advice to anyone considering Team Marandola is simple: DON’T. They treat basic maintenance and tenant rights like a declaration of war. Every single request for a repair or a simple fix turned into a fight. If you want a battle, choose them. I had the opportunity to work with Marandola Real Estate Management providing cleaning services, and it was an excellent experience. The team is organized, professional, and communicates clearly. They value quality work and maintain high standards. I would definitely recommend working with them.
Lawncare is included in rent and they only come once a month to cut grass. I have submitted several requests for reasonable lawncare to which they respond back saying there is no issue. I have found ticks on my pet because of this.
