Tried to buy a bike and with excellent credit they came back with 22% interest. Denied that and went with my bank. Later found out they opened a credit card in my name and I’m currently fighting that on my credit.

I brought my bike in for an oil change, 4k mile service, repair of an "antenna shorted to ground" error message and installation of some accessories I purchased from this location. That was 6 weeks ago. Calls and visits to the service department result in my being told my bike is on the schedule for the day and they will call me and let me know something. I've yet to get a call back. I won't do business here again.

Mr. Brisco, we sincerely apologize for the time it took to get this completed. The electrical diagnosis of the Goldwing is very time consuming especially when we have to get everything approved by Honda for the work. Communication should've been better on our end and for that we take full responsibiity. We hope you will be willing to give us another chance to earn back your business in the future.
I bought a Motorcycle at this location and at the time of purchase I was pleased with the service, and the staff. I was told the Credit Union I bank with had denied me for the loan and was financed through a different Credit Union in the Houston area. However a few weeks after buying it I discovered that the Credit Union that I bank with not only had approved me, but had approved me at a LOWER interest rate than this other bank. I'm very disappointed and upset that a dealership would do this.
