My brother took his slingshot in June 9th to be serviced due to a minor accident in his slingshot. Tim told my brother that it would be ready in less than two weeks and it took about 4 months to actually get it back and running with the scrapes (from them) and USED parts they put on when using his insurance saying that it was a new sprocket. Great customer service Cody answered all of our questions and made sure we were happy thanks again for all the help and customer service makes a huge difference we were at Mancuso powersports southwest location but the service was horrible so glad we came here instead.
I just stopped there with a 2003 Polaris predator that i need a diagnostic and some work done before tuning it. They literally told to take my old 4 wheeler elsewhere. I’ve bought all my motorcycle from Mancuso and never expected something like this. If you need help don’t even bother coming here. Customer service (Fail)
