Landlord If it was possible to score them "zero star" I would. As a property owner attempting to contact their office to get a rental reference for an applicant I was disgusted by their lack of response, lack of courtesy and lack of professionalism. We never get a call back after repeatedly leaving messages. We asked to speak with the owner and faced the same situation. I now understand why tenants would want to leave them; unfortunately, landlords will never be able to get a reference.
