I was faced with selling our childhood home that our parents had bought brand new in 1951. I am so glad that I chose Team Lyon! They listened to my needs and wishes and took care of everything! Our house was cleaned, repaired, and staged. During this time, they premarketed our home. We went on the market on Friday and we had five offers by the end of Monday.
